It’s been so much fun speaking with so many brides about their future honeymoon plans. We wanted to share with you a little about Magical Vacation Planner.
Magical Vacation Planner is a Platinum Level Earmarked agency within the Disney Travel Company. We have also been given The Best of the Best award from Sandals and Beaches and named Royal Caribbean’s 2018 Partner of the Year. Everything we book is directly through the companies we represent and all of your payments are processed directly with those companies.
Our services are complimentary when you book your vacation package with us. We will assist you with your vacation/honeymoon from start to finish, and we will be your personal contact throughout the process.
Here are just a few of the ways we can help you:
- We can make the process streamlined & hassle free for you.
- Expertise – We work exclusively with vacation destinations & have extensive first hand knowledge & experience with travel
- We work with these companies on a daily basis so we are up-to-date on changes, new experiences, refurbishments, etc.
- Resort, cruise line, and destination recommendations
- Dining reservations & restaurant recommendations
- Special Event tickets & information
- Transportation (Magical Express, private transfers, internal transportation) & Mobility (such as wheelchair, scooter, & stroller rentals)
- Planning special extras & celebrations
- Itinerary planning & trouble shooting
- My Disney Experience, Magic Bands, & Fast Pass tips & recommendations
- We monitor prices and promotions 7 days a week to make sure you are getting the best available price for your vacation. If a new promotion is released that your package qualifies for we will automatically modify your reservations to reflect the updated pricing. If changes need to be made to your original booking to meet the terms or availability of an offer, we will contact you to discuss possible options & savings.
- You will have our cell phone numbers & we will be available to you even while you are traveling
In order to provide you with the most accurate pricing and availability for your travel dates, please email us with some additional information:
- What are your intended travel dates? If you do not have specific dates in mind, do you have an idea of the time of year you’d like to travel or how many nights you’d like to stay?
- Please provide a list of the guests in your travel party. For each child under age 18, I will also need their ages at the time of travel.
- If you have a large travel party do you want to have 2 or more rooms? If so, please group the guests (with children’s ages) as you would like them in each room.
- Is this your first ___________ vacation?
- Do you have a specific resort, cruise line, or destination in mind?
- Do you have a budget in mind?
- Do you have any special requests?
