Join us for our Virtual Wedding Show-To-Go

Cavanaugh’s is hosting a test of our new Virtual Wedding Show or what we call Wedding Show To-Go on Sept 16, from 7-8:30 pm.
We agree there’s nothing that can top the excitement of a live full scale wedding show, but right now that’s not really possible with Covid.
So our “Wedding Show To Go” is a great way to visit with over 25 Wedding Pros all together in one place (virtually) for an hour and a half.  This TEST is a scaled down version of what we hope will become a full virtual show.  We would like your feedback at the end to help us make it even better for the future!!

It’s many ways its designed to feel just like a real show.  Here’s How:

1. 1. You decide who you Visit!  You will see a list of 25 Wedding Pros and you select who you want to visit!  Not interested in a booth – just don’t go there.  You are in total control of what booths you visit and how you communicate with them.  And if you want you can have a list of who you visited for follow up.

   2. Preview who will be there!  You can preview the booths 24 hours in advance and make a list of who you would like more information from.  On show night you can meet the Wedding Pros that peaked your interest via live video or text chat.  It’s your choice on how you want to communicate. You will NOT automatically be in the video chat until you select the *Click to start video chat* button and every vendors chat is separate from other vendors.

   3. Open format feels like a show. You may click to visit a booth and have another bride already talking with that Wedding Pro.  It’s very similar to walking up to a booth at a live show with multiple brides.  You can listen to the conversation and see what applies to you, interject your question, or wait your turn until you can go more into depth with the Wedding Pro.  Of course you may click on a booth and be the only one there as well too!  Too many brides at a certain booth – just visit another vendor and come back later.  No pressure – just information

   4. Interactive Booth Virtually!!  We will have lots of fun interactive booths like:  Build-A-Bouquet, John Tai Magic Live, Live Tours of Wedding Facilities, and interactive games. Plus many booths will have wedding specials.  Play our puzzle and win two free tickets to an upcoming virtual or live show and be entered to WIN a $50 Prantl’s Gift Card.

   5. Real time viewing of ballrooms and bridal salons.  Many of the banquet halls and hotels will be live in their ballroom so you can have a virtual tour while you are chatting with their Wedding Planner.  Or see inside a bridal shop before you visit.  Ask about a certain gown and take a look virtually

   6. We are here to help! Dan Cavanaugh the host of the show will be available if you have any questions on how the show works (ask him for his wedding planning tip – advice that he paid a coach $10,000 dollars for but will give you for free!  It’s almost fool proof and we use it in our family daily!)  And we will have Jim our web designer available to work through any day of show “web surprises”!  We think it will go smoothly, but its always best to be prepared and that is why we are having this Complimentary Test of Wedding Show to Go!

We are looking for a limited amount of Engaged Brides or Grooms to try out our new platform

Please keep in mind you will only be able to enter if you have a ticket (Tickets are Free, but you must register in advance for it).  You may also have one person attend with you.  Ex:  Bride and Groom, Bride and Bridesmaid, Groom and Groom, Bride and MOB.

We have a limited number of Free Tickets to meet virtually with 25 wedding professionals. This is a more intimate and manageable amount of vendors than you would expect to see at a full scale virtual show – but again – this is a TEST.  If your feedback is good – we will grow from here.  Here is the list of participating pros! This will be updated daily until Tuesday, September 15th.
