Exhibitor Covid 19 Guidelines
Ok, The Monroeville Convention Center show is on!! With the new updates on capacities, we were able to get a better date, Nov. 29. We will also now have the North Hall (same as last year), which is the larger side with very high ceilings.
The doors will be open from 10 am – 4 pm, to allow 3 staggered entry times for brides. The show will NOT close in between times, and this will spread out the crowd so we can stay within the capacity limits. Brides will be able to stay as long as they want.
Booth workers will be limited to 2/booth, 4 for a double booth. If you must have more than that, you need to get our permission prior to show day. Every person counts towards the total number allowed at one time—you can switch out workers during the show.
Electricity: Please let us know if you need a form, and we will email it to you. It must be returned directly to MCC
Food Samples: Only permitted if in a package or container of some kind. No samples may be sitting out on a tray (nothing where someone could breathe or sneeze on it). Please let us know if you want to do a sample and we’ll help you figure it out!
Updated cancellation policy: If we have to cancel before we actually start advertising, we will refund 100% of your money. If we have to cancel after we have started advertising, we will keep $100, and in exchange we will send all of the bride leads that we’ve collected for the show so you can follow up with them.
Masks must be worn at all times over the nose and mouth—no exceptions for vendors!!
We are not sure if we will do the Bride Bag for this Show—Please let us know if you have any interest in it. 160 pieces/$25
